HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI Writ Petition No.40008 of 2018 ORDER:- When the matter is taken up, written instructions furnished by the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Peddapuram Sub-Division are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. According to the said instructions, police filed charge sheet on 07.03.2014 before the Court of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tuni, and the same was numbered as S.C.No.165 of 2018 and is pending trial before the Court of the Special Judge for Trial of Cases under SC&ST (POA) Act-cum-10th Additional District Judge, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District.

In view of the same, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition and the same is accordingly closed. As sequel to it, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
