THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No.16584 of 2014 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Public Prosecutor submits that the police have completed the investigation and filed a charge sheet. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition, with a liberty to make suitable application before the concerned Court. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to avail the remedies available under law. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
