Mrs. Sudha Rayudu, learned counsel, representing Sri G. Rama Gopal, learned counsel for the petitioners, is present. In fact, case status report would show that the very suit in O.S. No.166 of 2006, on the file of IV-Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam, was dismissed without costs on 30.04.2018. In such an event, the present Civil Revision Petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
