Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 to 4. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.1-45 cents in survey No.1074/2, H/o Pragadavaram, Velagapally, Chintalapudi Mandal, West Godavari District, of which the petitioner has title and possession, 4th respondent issued pattadar passbook and title deeds to 5th respondent without issuing any notice to the petitioner.

3. Counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner had lodged a complaint on 19.05.2015 to the 3rd respondent, but the 3rd respondent had not taken any action on it.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the 3rd respondent will consider the petitioner's representation dt.19.05.2015 within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to 5th respondent; and will pass orders in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner.

5. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dt.19.05.2015 within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to

5th respondent and communicate his decision thereof to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

6. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
