The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to declare the inaction of respondent No.3, in conducting investigation and filing charge sheet in Crime No.207 of 2012 on the file of third respondent (V.Sataram Police Station, Nellore District) on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 15.12.2012, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, though 3 1⁄2 years elapsed since crime was registered, but no charge sheet has been filed till date.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that investigation has been completed and draft charge sheet has also been prepared.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of directing the third respondent to file charge sheet at the earliest. Miscellaneous Petition pending, if any, shall also stand closed. However, in the circumstances, without costs. C.PRAVEEN KUMAR,J Date:15.07.2016 usd
