O R D E R
Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in issuing new pattadar pass books and title deeds in the place of existing ones, and in not extending the benefit under Rythu Bandu Scheme in terms of G.O.Ms.No.231 Agriculture and Co-operation (AGRI.II) Department dated 04.04.2018, the present writ petition is filed.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submit that petitioners are sixty six in number and they made a joint representation, as such it is difficult for the officials respondents to verify the same and that if the petitioners make individual representations, the authorities would consider the same in accordance with law.
Learned counsel for the petitioners, submit that petitioners made individual representations, but as noted above, respondents are disputing that same. In view of the same, petitioners are give liberty to make individual representations afresh along with necessary documents for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the subject land and for extension of Rythu Bandu Scheme in terms of G.O.Ms.No.231 dated 04.04.2018 to respondents 7 and 8; and within a period two months from the date of receipt of such representations, the said authorities shall consider the same and take action in accordance with law.
