This revision is filed by the petitioner-accused under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. aggrieved by the order, dated 09.10.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.2134 of 2017 in C.C.No.1281 of 2014 on the file of the II Addl. Judl. Magistrate of I Class, Jagtial, wherein the petition filed under Section 45 r/w 47 of Indian Evidence Act to send Ex.P1-cheque to the handwriting expert for comparison and opinion, was dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in this revision does not survive for further adjudication and has become infructuous.
