HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2762 OF 2017 JUDGMENT:
Heard Smt. Uma Devi Nama, learned counsel for the revision petitioner - husband, and Smt. Kalla Tulasi Durgamba, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3 - wife and children.
2. By way of interim award of maintenance, the learned Judge, Family Court - cum - VI Additional District Judge, Khammam, by order, dated 01.08.2017, in Crl.M.P. No.140 of 2016 in M.C. No.32 of 2015, directed the revision petitioner to pay Rs.2,000/- to respondent Nos.1 to 3 each towards their interim maintenance, having found that the revision petitioner was not only an auto-rickshaw driver, but also doing business. Since it is an interlocutory order, the details would not be available and, therefore, invariably the discussion also would not be much. That is how the order is very short.

During the course of arguments, both the learned counsel would arrive at a consensus that it would be reasonable to maintain the amount of Rs.2,000/- awarded to respondent No.1 - wife and to reduce the interim maintenance of Rs.2,000/- to respondent Nos.2 and 3 - children each to Rs.1,500/- each. Therefore, while maintaining the interim monthly maintenance amount of Rs.2,000/- awarded by the learned Judge to respondent No.1 - wife, the amount of Rs.2,000/- awarded to respondent Nos.2 and 3 - children each is reduced to
ASN,J Crl.R.C.. No.2762 of 2017 Rs.1,500/- each. Thus, a total sum of Rs.5,000/- is awarded to respondent Nos.1 to 3, towards their interim monthly maintenance, i.e., Rs.2,000/- to respondent No.1 - wife and Rs.1,500/- to respondent Nos.2 and 3 - children each.
4. Accordingly, the present Criminal Revision Case is allowed in part, at the admission stage itself, to the extent indicated in the above.
As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the criminal revision case, stand closed.
