When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed before the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Devarakonda, on 31.12.2018, and the case was numbered as C.C.No.60 of 2019, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
