HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9874 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ A1 of Crime No.142 of 2013 of Inthegar Gunj Police Station, Warangal Urban, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 423 and 506 r/ w 34 I.P.C., on the private complaint of the 1st respondent/ de facto complainant, referred to police for investigation by the learned Magistrate concerned, for registration of crime pending for the past four years and also heard the learned Public Prosecutor representing the State before ordering notice to the 1st respondent and perused the grounds urged in the quash petition and the private complaint from which the F.I.R. registered.

A perusal of the material, no way, at this stage, after four years of the crime registered to interdict the investigation, but for, to say, the police are directed to complete the investigation within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In the meantime, the petitioner/ A1 shall not be arrested. However, this will not prevent the Police to secure his presence for the purpose of investigation as and when required.
