This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 24.10.2016 passed in I.A.No.38 of 2010 in O.S.No.84 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the I Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. As per the list furnished by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of the above suit on 27.03.2018.

In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
