Respondent Petition under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to release the petitioner/Accused on bail in Cr.No. 261 of 2017 of Police Station Hanamkonda, Warangal Urban District, pending investigation, enquiry and trial. The Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P.Prabhakar Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Addl. Public Prosecutor (TG) for the Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER:

" Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State, and perused the record. This petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner/Accused in Crime No.261 of 2017 of Hanamkonda Police Station, Warangal Urban District, for the offences punishable under Section 8(c) read with 20 of NDPS Act.

The allegation is that 300 grams of ganja was seized from the possession of the petitioner. He was remanded to judicial custody on 11.09.2017. Having regard to the nature of the allegations and the investigation conducted so far, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of VI Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal. On such release, petitioner/Accused shall attend before the Station House Officer, Hananmkonda Police Station on every Sunday between 9 a.m. and 10.00 a.m. till filing charge sheet.
