HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRIT PETITION No. 1017 of 2016 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, the petitioner - Temple sought for police assistance for eviction of encroachers from 17 shops belonging to them situated at Tiruvur town and Mandal, Krishna District.

This Court, by order in WPMP.No.1242 of 2016 date 07.01.2016, directed the police authorities to provide assistance to the petitioner for evicting the encroachers from the Temple properties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 07.01.2017, police protection was provided for evicting the encroachers and, as such, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.

Recording the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
