This petition is filed under Section 482 read with 389 (1) Cr.P.C., to modify the order, dated 25.09.2017, in Crl.M.P.No.523 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.144 of 2017 on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Karimnagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition and a letter was also filed in the Registry to that effect. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
