Petitioner had submitted representations dt.11.03.2016 and 10.10.2016 to respondents 2 and 3 seeking promotion to the post of Tahsildar under Schedule Tribe Category. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner states that the said representation are not been disposed of by the respondents 2 and 3 till date.

The Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents states that the respondents 2 to 4 will consider the petitioner's representations within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision thereon to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representations within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Revision shall stand closed.
