THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.11296 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to direct the Special Judicial First Class Magistrate - cum - Prohibition and Excise, Mehabubnagar to decide the C.C.No.03 of 2014 as early as possible.

During hearing, Sri Venkat Reddy Kodumury, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested this Court to issue a direction, without touching any merits, to the trial Court to decide the matter as expeditiously as possible.

Acceding to the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to dispose of the C.C.No.03 of 2014 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
