Cr l.P.MP.Nos.1 1 5 9 6 an d 1 1 5 9 7 of 2 0 1 7 These two petitions are filed seeking leave of this Court to permit the petitioners to compound the offences under Sections 3 (i) (j) ® (s) of SCs and STs (POA) Act, 1989 and Section 506 IPC and to record compromise in terms of Memorandum of Compromise. De facto complaint and the accused are present and they are identified by their respective counsel and they also produced the copies of Aadhar Cards in proof of their identity. On enquiry, they admitted that they entered into compromise voluntarily as the dispute is between Director and Principal of the Nursing College and the students. Taking into consideration the relationship between the parties as Teachers and students and the compromise is in the interest of both parties, the parties are permitted to compound the offence to effect compromise. Accordingly, these two petitions are allowed. Cr l.P.No.1 0 4 3 1 of 2 0 1 7 In view of the Orders in Crl.P.M.P.Nos.11596/ 2017 & 11597 of 2017, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in

Cr.No.164 of 2017 on the file of Humayunagar, Hyderabad, are quashed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand dismissed.
