HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.21237 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed with a prayer to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to raise any compound wall in Survey Nos.379/1 and 379/2 consists of Ac.2-88 cents of Ginnivani Palem Village, Nadupur, Pedagantyada Mandal, 55th ward, Visakhapatnam district. It is the case of the petitioner that when the petitioner sought for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deeds from the 4th respondent, he was directed to get 'No Objection Certificate' (NOC) from the respondents 2 and 3. On that he made representation to the respondents 2 and 3 for issuance of NOC. As there is no response, the 4th respondent addressed letter to the Special Grade Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition), Visakhapatnam asking the said officer to give reply the petitioner's representation.

The Special Grade Deputy Collector addressed letter to the 4th respondent-Tahsildar stating that Sy.No.379/1, 2 to an extent of Ac.2-81 cents of Nadupuru Village has not been acquired for the steel plant purpose. Now, the respondents 1 and 2 are constructing compound wall in Sy.No.379/1 and 379/2. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Heard Sri V.Ravinder Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 to 3, who states that since lands in Sy.No.377 were acquired for the purpose of steel plant, the respondents 1 and 2 are constructing compound wall in respect of land acquired for the steel plant and that the respondents 1 and 2 are constructing any compound wall in Sy.Nos.379/1, 379/2.

Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
