HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.11104 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 439(1) r/w Section 482 Cr.P.C. to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner-A.1, vide the order dated 29.06.2016 in Crl.M.P. No.362 of 2016 on the file of the VII Additional Sessions Judge, Mahabubnagar (for short, 'the Court below'), wherein the Court below while granting bail to the petitioner-A.1 in Crime No.10 of 2016 of P.S. C.I.D., Hyderabad, directed the petitioner-A.1 to report before Lingala Police Station on every day in between 6-00 p.m. and 8-00 p.m. and shall not leave Lingala Police Station Limits without prior permission of SHO, Lingala Police Station, until further orders. In view of the circumstances narrated, the condition imposed by the Court below, vide the order dated 29.06.2016 in Crl.M.P. No.362 of 2016, is modified and the petitioner-A.1 shall attend before Lingala Police Station on every Second and Fourth Saturdays between 9-00 a.m. and 10-00 a.m. till filing of the charge sheet. The other terms of the impugned order remained unchanged.

With the above modification, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
