HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI Writ Petition No.39989 of 2018 ORDER:- When the matter is taken up, written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Shah Ali Banda P.S., dated 06.11.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader.

According to the said instructions, on receipt of a complaint, dated 01.11.2018, sent by the petitioner herein by Registered Post, crime No.97 of 2018 has been registered against the unofficial respondent herein.

In view of the same, by placing on record the written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Shah Ali Banda P.S., dated 06.11.2018, the Writ Petition is closed. As sequel to it, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
