This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 06.01.2016 passed in I.A.No.731 of 2015 in O.S.No.152 of 1996 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Piler. 2.

As per the note furnished by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.152 of 1996 on 05.12.2017. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing this revision became infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
