This is second bail application filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner-A1 for the offences alleged under Sections 498-A, 307 and 506 IPC.

The earlier bail application filed by the petitioner-A1 was dismissed by this Court, by order, dated 30.10.2017, in Criminal Petition No.9563 of 2017. There are no changes of circumstances. The petition is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed.
