This Criminal Revision Case is filed seeking to set aside the order passed in M.C.No.O1 of 2016, dated 4-9-20 17 on the frle of I the Judicial Magistrate of First Class court, Andole at Jogipet Medak District.

l,earned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the subject matter of the criminal revision case has become infructuous, as the parties to the case in M.C. No.01 of 2016, dated 4-9-2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class court, Andole at Jogipet Medak District have obtained divorce decree and hence the cause in the present case does not survive and no further orders are required to be passed in this case. Therefore, seeks to dismiss the Criminal Revision Case as infructuous.
