ORDER

This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the orders of this Court passed in Crl.P.No.4020 of 2013 dated 30.04.2013, wherein this Court directed the respondent-police to file charge sheet, if any offence is made out against the accused.

2. Petitioner states that pursuant to the direction of this Court in Crl.P.No.4020 of 2013, the respondent filed charge sheet against the petitioner/A1 and A2 to A5 and the same was registered as C.C.No.358 of 2013, and A3 to A5 filed Crl.P.No.8148 of 2013 seeking to quash the said C.C. against them and the same was allowed by this Court vide order dated 16.07.2014. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though this Court directed the respondent-police to file the charge sheet if any offence is made out against the accused, the respondent without conducting proper investigation filed the charge sheet. Hence, he filed the present contempt case.

3. Since the respondent, in compliance of the order dated 30.04.2013 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.4020 of 2013, has filed the charge sheet against the accused, I see no contempt much less willful contempt of the order of this Court. .4. Hence, the Contempt Case is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt shall stand dismissed. ______________ RAJA ELANGO.
