This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents/revenue authorities in classifying the lands in Sy.No.89/2 to an extent of Ac.2.02 cents and in Sy.No.89/5 to an extent of Ac.0.96 cents of Dugganapalli Village, Chennuru Mandal, Kadapa District, in Adangals, I-B and Mee Pass Book etc., as government lands instead of private patta lands belonging to the petitioner, without notice to the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced written instructions stating that admittedly Patta was granted in the year 1938 in respect of the subject lands and that the Government has issued G.O.Ms.No.575, dated 16.11.2018, stating that all the lands assigned prior to 1954 will be deleted from the list of prohibited properties made under Section 22-A of the Registration Act.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is allowed. No order as to costs.
