This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.103 of 2017 of Jogipet Police Station, Sangareddy District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 498-A IPC and under Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, against petitioners/A1 to A10.

Learned Public Prosecutor submits that after completion of investigation, the police filed charge sheet on 29.09.2017 and therefore, the criminal petition has become infructuous. 3.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, if the petitioners desire to seek any relief in the charge sheet, they are at liberty to file appropriate application. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand dismissed.
