CVNR, J & MSKJ, J W.P.No.43435 of 2016 22.12.2016 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside the order, dated 29.10.2015, in C.C.No.43 of 2011 on the file of the District Forum, Kurnool, as confirmed in appeal vide order, dated 04.10.2016, in F.A.I.A.No.965 of 2016 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad.

After arguing the case, Mr.K.Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, has requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to file a revision before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made. 4.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.53606 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
