The only grievance of the petitioners is that the revision and stay petition filed by the petitioners against the order dated 28.03.2016 in D.Dis.C6/609/2015 passed by the 3rd respondent, is not being disposed of.

Heard both sides.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the stay petition filed by the petitioners within a period of two weeks and revision within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
