THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.10787 OF 2017 ORDER:
This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.2721 of 2016 on the file of XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Secunderabad has taken cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 354 and 354-A IPC and requested this Court to direct the XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate to complete the trial in C.C. No.2721 of 2016 within one month.
The reason for seeking such relief is that the petitioner is appearing for various competitive exams, in the event of non disposal of this case, it would adversely affect the interest of the petitioner in securing the exams.
Therefore, taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate is directed to dispose of the C.C as expeditiously as possible, within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In view of the above, the criminal petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
