THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE E. V. VENUGOPAL CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.2745 oF.20L7 ORDER:
The present Criminal Revision Case is filed aggrieved by the order dated 2g.O5.2O17 in S.R.No.34 3 of 2077 in Cr.No.23 of 2Ol7 on the file of the learned Special Sessions Judge for N.D.P.S. Cases [I Additional Sessions Judgel at Warangal (for short, 'the trial Court").
2. No representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard Mr. Vizarath Ali, Iearned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent State.

A perusal of the record shows that the trial Court vide order dated 29.05.2017 in S.R.No.343 of 2Ot7 in Cr.No.23 of 2OlZ issued NBWs against accused No.l stating that he has violated the conditional bail order dated 16.03.2O17 granted vide Crl.M.P.No.185 of 2017 in Cr.No.23 of 2OlZ and failed to attend before the S.H.O. RPS Warangal on every Sunday between 9:OO A.M. and 11:00 A.M. till date. Hence, the present Revision. 4.
Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that this Court vide order dated 27.04.2022 in Crl.R.C (SR) No.3198 of "&s-<"+^r-
re 2022 held that as against an interlocutory order, a Revision under Section 397 of Criminal Procedure Code is not maintainable. Therefore, seeks to dismiss the Revision. 5.
In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Crimina,l Revision Case at this stage, as the proceedings hereunder are covered by the order dated 27.O4.2O22 in Cr1.R.C (SR) No.3198 of 2022 passed by this Court.
