Sri R.Dheeraj Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, having tendered the arguments reading the complaint and then, having allowed the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana to tender his arguments and when this Court decided to dismiss the criminal petition, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the Criminal Petition stand closed.
