THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13925 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC appearing for respondents 1 and 2, and Sri V. Narasimha Goud, learned Standing Counsel for HMDA appearing for respondent No.3.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he made representations dt.13.04.2015 and 19.08.2015 to respondents 1 to 3 for granting permission for change of use of land of school plots in HUDA layout No.7520/MP2/Plg/HUDA/94, dt.22.09.1997, but respondents 1 to 3 have not passed any orders thereon.

3. Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC appearing for respondents 1 and 2, and Sri V. Narasimha Goud, learned Standing Counsel for HMDA appearing for respondent No.3, assure that respondents 1 to 3 will dispose of the petitioner's representations, referred to above, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision to the petitioner.

4. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 1 to 3 to dispose of the petitioner's representations, referred to above, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand dismissed.
