THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.9974 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to quash the proceedings in M.C.No.279 of 2006 on the file of the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the Trial of JHC BBC-cum-Additional Judge, Family Court at Hyderabad.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to prefer revision before appropriate Sessions Court. Permission is accorded.

Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
