This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners/ defendants, assailing the order, dated 16.12.2013, of the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Madanapalle, passed in I.A.No.301 of 2013 in O.S.No.316 of 2013.

There is no representation for the petitioners/ defendants. The Registry brings to the notice of this Court that the suit itself was disposed of on 04.01.2017. In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition. 3 .
