This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, by the petitioners/ A.1 and A.2, seeking to quash the proceedings in F.I.R.No.365 of 2017 on the file of Osmaniya University Police Station, Hyderabad City. 2.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 09.01.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after investigation the matter has been referred as civil in nature on 30.11.2018. 4.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
