HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.10088 of 2017 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash Crime No.93 of 2017 on the file of Nalgonda II Town Police Station, Nalgonda District.

Learned Public Prosecutor produced before this Court a letter dated 16.10.2019 addressed to him by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Nalgonda II Town Police Station, Nalgonda District, wherein it is stated that the investigation in the aforesaid case is completed and charge sheet is filed before the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nalgonda, vide C.C.No.322 of 2018. In view of the aforesaid letter, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
