Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With their consent, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:
"....to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the application submitted by the petitioners in Form 6(A) of A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act 1971 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the 4th respondent to consider the applications dated 5-5-2015 submitted by the petitioners in Form-6(A) of A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act 1971."

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to consider the representations dated 05.05.2015 made by the petitioners for mutation of their names in revenue records and for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.6.92 cents each in Sy.No.3/122 situated at Mattempadu Village.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that he has no objection for the same provided the said representations are still pending consideration.

Having regard to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the representations dated 05.05.2015 made by the petitioners for mutation of their names in revenue records and for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.6.92 cents each in Sy.No.3/122 situated at Mattempadu Village, in accordance with law, as early as possible preferably within a period of four (04) to six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioners and the aggrieved persons, if any, Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
