THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P. No.726 of 2018 ORDER:

This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed by the petitioner, under Section 24 of CPC, seeking to withdraw O.S.No.10 of 2018 from the file of the Senior Civil Judge Court, Dharmavaram and transfer the same to the file of the District Court, Ananthapuramu.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition with liberty to file similar application before the appropriate forum. Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the Transfer C.M.P., is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this transfer petition shall stand closed.
