THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4456 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to the respondent-police not to arrest the petitioner in connection with FIR NO.4/RCA-CIU-HYD/2016 of Central Investigation Unit, Anti-Corruption Bureau, A.P., Hyderabad in pursuance of notice issued under Section 41-A Cr.P.C.

Heard.

On an earlier occasion, this Court by order dated 31.3.2016 directed the petitioner to appear before the officer concerned and give his explanation regarding the properties shown in the search report. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner informed that the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the investigation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondentpolice concerned are directed to complete the investigation without arresting the petitioner herein and to file a final report, if any, in accordance with law. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions filed in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
