Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/A.2 and A.3, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State and perused the record.

This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners/A.2 and A.3 in Crime No.178 of 2017 of Shadnagar Police Station, Cyberabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 306 IPC.

In view of gravity of offence and as the allegations are grave, Crl.P.Nos.9742 of 2017 and 8658 of 2017 filed by the petitioners/A.2 and A.3 for grant of bail were dismissed by this Court vide orders dated 06.11.2017 and 06.10.2017 respectively.
