HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 11461 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.) to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 118 of 2017 on the file of Station House Officer, Jagitial Rural, Jagitial District, filed for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The learned Public Prosecutor, Telangana State, represented that the entire investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed on 29.11.2017.

In view of the above representation, the criminal petition is not maintainable since the entire investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioners/A2 to A7 to renew their request by filing an appropriate petition. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
