"Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner/accused No.2, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent- State and perused the record. This Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner/accused No.2 in Crime No.437 of 2016, on the file of Miyapur Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 468 and 471 IPC.
The prosecution case is that accused No.1 was handed over one Verna car and two Innova cars by the owner of the cars, who is the defacto-complainant, to lease out those cars and pay the rent. Thereafter, having come to know that those cars were sold away by accused No.1, a report, dated 18-07-2016, was lodged. There is no specific mention with regard to this petitioner/accused No.2 forging the signature of the owner of the innova car and selling away the same. Having regard to the nature of the allegations, this petitioner/accused No.2 is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Miyapur Police Station,
Cyberabad, within 15 days from the date of this order. On such surrender, he shall be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for a likesum each to the satisfaction of the said Station House Officer. On release, the petitioner/accused No.2 is directed to attend before the said Station House Officer on every Sunday between 9:00 a.m., and 10:00 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet. Further, the petitioner/accused No.2 shall abide by the conditions mentioned under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
