HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.11354 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.10260 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner/BJ and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant of C.C.No.83 of 2015 on the file of V Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, which is outcome of crime No.184 of 2014 of Moghalpura Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324 r/w 34 IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
