THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.24121 of 2016 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri K. Sarath, learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Services (TG) state that the issue arising for consideration in this writ petition in relation to the common order dated 31.05.2016 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.Nos.1008 of 2016 and 1015 of 2016, insofar as it relates to O.A.No.1015 of 2016, stands decided by the adjudication of W.P.No.19329 of 2016 arising out of the very same common order insofar as it pertained to O.A.No.1008 of 2016. A copy of the order dated 17.06.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19329 of 2016 is placed on record.

In terms of the afore-stated order and for reasons alike as were mentioned therein, this writ petition is allowed setting aside the common order dated 31.05.2016 passed by the Tribunal insofar as it pertains to O.A.No.1015 of 2016 and also the Memo dated 01.03.2016. The petitioner shall be restored to the post of Clerk-cumTypist forthwith. This order shall however not preclude the authorities from initiating fresh proceedings, if warranted, by following due procedure.
