This writ petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in canceling the Pattadar Pass book and Title Deeds standing in the name of the petitioner vide proceedings No.D.Dis.No.1982/2001(B), dated 04.04.2013 and the consequential action of the 4th respondent in granting pattadar pass books and title deed during the pendency of the appeal filed by the petitioner, in favour of the 5th and 6th respondents and in rejecting the representation of the petitioner vide R.C.No.20/2016/B, dated 24.02.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the unofficial respondents 5 and 6.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent No.4 filed counter stating that the appeal filed by the 5th and 6th respondents against the Decree and Judgment passed in OS.No.16 of 2002 is pending and the revision filed by the petitioner against the proceedings dated 04.04.2013 issued by the 4th respondent is also pending.
Since it is stated revision is pending against the proceedings dated 04.04.2013 issued by the 4th respondent, the revisional authority i.e. 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the revision after issuing notice to the petitioner and the 6th respondent as it is stated by the counsel for the 6th respondent that the 5th
respondent passed away and the 6th respondent is the only legal heir of 5th respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, the impugned proceedings dated 04.04.2013 issued by the 4th respondent are suspended.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. __________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 17.09.2016 tk
