This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 28.10.2016 passed in I.A.No.1227 of 2016 in O.S.No.539 of 2006 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Sangareddy. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel appearing for both the parties submitted that the purpose of filing this revision petition has become infructuous.

is dismissed as infructuous.
