This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos.2 and 3, for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in Crime No.433 of 2017 on the file of the Gachibowli Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 370 (A) (2) of I.P.C. and Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act. 2 .

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/ accused Nos.2 and 3, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

The allegation against the petitioners/ accused Nos.2 and 3 is that they involved in human trafficking and encouraging prostitution.

Two earlier bail applications of these petitioners/ accused Nos.2 and 3 were dismissed by the Court of Sessions, vide order, dated 10.10.2017, passed in Crl.M.P.No.3991 of 2017, and order, dated 06.11.2017, passed in Crl.M.P.No.4348 of 2017.

The allegations against the petitioners/ accused Nos.2 and 3 are grave in nature. The matter requires thorough investigation. Grant of bail to accused No.1 in this crime is not a ground to allow this application. There are also allegations against the petitioners/ accused Nos.2 and 3 that they are running brothel houses. Release of the petitioners/ accused Nos.2 and 3 on bail would hinder the investigation and may also

result in causing disappearance of the material evidence. It is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioners/ accused Nos.2 and 3 under Section 438 of Cr.P.C.

Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
