The offence alleged against the petitioner is under Section 3 (1)(e)(r)(s) of SCs & STs (POA) Act, 1989. There is a bar to grant bail to the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. The petition is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed.
