THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4307 OF 2014 ORDER:

As per the note put up by the Registry main case itself was disposed of on 25.01.2017, hence, there is nothing survives in the civil revision petition to continue, however, from the submission to ascertain from the parties, liberty is given within one week if at all anything survives to seek for restoration. This order will not prejudice any future right to maintain fresh petition if at all the suit is restored for nothing to keep pending when the main matter is not pending. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. There shall be no order as to costs.
