Smt. Tayaba Begum v. The State Of Telangana
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION Nos. 10843 AND 10977 OF 2017 COMMON ORDER:
These petitions are filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to quash the proceedings in crime No. 735 of 2016 of W.P.S., D.D., Hyderabad.
2.
After arguing the case for awhile, learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court to direct the concerned S.H.O. to follow the procedure laid down by the Apex Court in "Rajesh Sharma Vs. State of U.P.1". 3.
Acceding to the request of learned counsel for the petitioners, without touching the merits, I find that it is a fit case to issue direction to the police to follow the procedure laid down by the Apex Court in Rajesh Sharma (supra). Accordingly, the police concerned are directed to adhere to the guidelines issued in Rajesh Sharma (supra).
4.
With the above direction, the criminal petitions are disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in these criminal petitions shall stand closed in consequence.
